Prawn Pasanda Pakora


– Prawn four pieces shelled
– Batter with milk and flour
– Salt to taste
– Ajinomoto one pinch
– Oil for shallow frying


– Mix flour, milk, salt and ajinomoto to make a thick

– Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
– Immerse prawn pieces into the batter and pour into pan
with a spoon.
– Fry till crisp golden brown.
– Serve with mustard sauce and tomato sauce.
