Procedure for Maturity Claim if Policy Lost PDF Print E-mail
Written by sandy

Insurance Claim on MaturityI had a LIC Money Back policy which was done by my parents to save income-tax 12 years back. As the agent was not known to me and lives far away from my home, we were never in contact with that person after my father's demise. But I kept paying the premium online in time . When I received the letter from LIC on policy maturity, I found the main document required for the whole procedure is the policy bond itself is missing.

Taxable and non-taxable allowances in India PDF Print E-mail
Written by Deba
Saturday, 27 December 2008

Guys, let me first wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Wish you are having great time. Todays I am going to discuss some interesting to the taxpayers. The bell, for all the Indian taxpayers, started to ring again. If  you are regular taxpayer, it's nothing to worry about. But many of us could not calculate our tax and at the end of the financial year struggle with void payslip.

Though I am not going to tell you the basic tax calculation. But something you might find interesting. In India, we have many exemptions in our income. As an employee of a private IT firm, I face some problems of what allowance is taxable and what not. Most of the small and medium level company offers allowance packages, which are mix of taxable and non-taxable allowances. Some also get consolidated remunaration, without any break-ups of allowances, which might not be bothered by the employer, but works great to an employee to reduce tax payable.

Retail Designing in India PDF Print E-mail

Retail Designing in India Retail shop designing in India has now taken a new shape. All forms of designing aspects are thriving to achieve a new high. Now days, consumers are taking a different approach to maintain their buying habits. Sometimes, people love to see their disposable income draining out in a formidable way in the forms of buying.

So-called middle class contingent of Indian buyers are ready to make their footprints on almost all the retail venues that are coming up or already settled their marks.

The wide difference between buying capacity and exposure gives consumers the wide range of variety and items to choose. Lack of proper visual merchandising and other factors like identity building, implementation of branding through colours, shapes, and customised display materials throw the caution in the wind.

 Energy Crisis
Yes, we are living in an energy dependent country..and so much so on OIL. As an average human being trying to make a decent living for my family...i think i am really pissed off and helpless to see the price of energy shooting up. I walked in the US when i cud fill gas in my car for less than a dollar/gallon and now I am paying close to $4.5/gallon….how outrageous and so much so I have no clue who are these buffoons who decide to control these prices. I really don’t care why I should be penalized for an unwanted war taking place way in Iraq or an uncalled Samaritan effort in Afghanistan where we are trying to find an ever elusive terrorist…..
