Strike will decrease productivity and increase price hike. And this has always a longterm effect on the ecconomy where the consumer suffers from paying more for less product or services.

Sometime we tend to approach work from three perspectives such as a job, a career or a calling.  If a person approach work as a job, he or she might be focused primarily on the financial rewards. In fact, the nature of the work may hold little say if a better opportunity which pays more comes by, the person is more tend to grab that job.
