Ingredients :-
- Potato
- Chillie
- Musterd oil
- Turmeric, salt, and red chilli powder
- We will also have rice
- And egg to have the complete set ready to serve.
Preparation :-
- Add 2 table spoon of musterd oil in a wok or any deep bottomed pan
- When it heats up a little add 3-4 green chillies
- Once that starts browning a little(make sure it doesnt burn)
- Add juliened potatao
- Potato should be thinkly julioned
- Add turmeric, salt and red chilli powder
- Cover it and cook till the potato is half cooked
- Then add 1 cup water
- Boil it till the masala and the water mix in well
- The gravy should not be too watery
- Serve with rice and an omlette.
