Chicken With Onion And Pepper |

Ingredients :
- Chicken - 500 gms.
- Garlic – 2 tsps.
- Ginger – 2 tsps.
- Onion – 1½ cup
- curd – 1 cup
- Green Chillies – 2
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Pepper – 1 tbsp.
- Cardamom – 2 pieces
- Clove – 2 pieces
- Cinnamon – 2 pieces
- Mustard Oil – 1 cup
- Potato – 2 Slices
Method :-
- Marinate chicken with pepper, curd and a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of mustard oil for 3 to 4 hours.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add sugar, green chillies and cardamom, clove and cinnamon powder.
- Add ginger and onion along with potato slices and cook for five minutes.
- Add chicken and the marinade and cook on slow fire for 1 to 1½ hours. Add salt to taste.
- Serve with good quality rice.
