Fried Brinjals in Egg Batter |

Ingrediants :
Brinjals finely sliced – 7 to 8 pcs
2 spring onions chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil 2 tbsp to deep fry
2 bitten eggs
Method :
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
Add salt to taste
Add chopped spring onions
Add 1 tsp flour(optional)
Dip Brinjal slices in egg batter & fry in oil till
golden brown.
Sprinkle pepper powder and serve hot in a tray.
