Ingredients: (for 3-4 people)
Macaroni(400gms)
Milk(100gms)
Chopped Potato(2-3)
Sliced Carrot(2-3)
Fresh Green and Yellow Capsicum(2-3)
Chopped Tomato(2)
Sliced Frechbeans
Chopped Onion
Sunflower oil(50gm)
2 Eggs
Tastemaker
Butter
Pepper
Salt

Method:
Boil
the macaroni in a kadai for 15-20mins.Drain the water and keep in a
airy place until the macaroni gets dried up.The art of cooking this
dish depends mostly on the way the macaroni is dried otherwise the dish
wont be crispy and delicious.In the meantime,fry the chopped carrots
and frechbeans in 2-3 tablespoon sunflower oil for 15mins
in a non-stick frying pan.Now chopped capsicum is added,add salt as per
taste and stir continuously for sometime. Transfer the mixture in a
bowl.Again fry the chopped onion,tomato in the pan for sometime,add the
chopped potatoes into it,add salt,tastemaker into this mixture and stir
for 10-15mins until the potato turns golden.Now the boiled macaroni and
other vegetable mixture are added into the pan,stir continuosly.Add 2-3
tablespoon vinegar to enhance the taste. Raw egg is added into this
whole mixture and stir for 5mins.Now milk is added to this and stirred
well unless a gravy is formed.Add butter and pepper to make it more
tasty. Sprinkle some chilli powder .Serve hot. Suggested garnishing.
