Ingrediant:-
- Prawn four pieces shelled
- Batter with milk and flour
- Salt to taste
- Ajinomoto one pinch
- Oil for shallow frying
Method:-
- Mix flour, milk, salt and ajinomoto to make a thick
batter.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Immerse prawn pieces into the batter and pour into pan
with a spoon.
- Fry till crisp golden brown.
- Serve with mustard sauce and tomato sauce.
