 According to the Mosque Imam, Ehsan Habibullah, "Israel is a terrorist state, and the Americans are supporting it, so how can they claim to be against terrorism ? In Afghanistan, they are bombing civilians and setting dogs against women and children. They are not killing Al-Qaeda, they are killing us." I am a Hindu but still feel their rage, so think what the Muslims around the world going through on the whole episode of killing innocent people ? More than five hundred and forty people died, including children and women, due to the Israel ground and air attacks. How come the Americans call a war against terror when they themselves support a terrorist state like Israel and Pakistan ? I am not here to discuss about Americans or their little sickening politics around the world, but I just want to say that I support the Palestinians and my heart cries for those families out their who have lost their dear ones, are loosing loved ones or are victim themselves. If today they go Jihad, I might support them as I am furious over the act of bombing and killing of civilians in the name of tracking down Hammas. I know few of my known people have lost their dear ones on the Mumbai attack, regardless of their religion and I do not think that my heart discriminates any religions that are killed being innocent. If people killed in NYC 9/11 attack, 26/11 Mumbai attack were innocent then so do the Palestinians! I protest against this insanity, I protest against killing innocent people and I protest against such cruelty. I have no good feeling for the Bush's Iraq attack theory and the people in Iraq has full right to ask the American troop to go back as the war mis-leaded the Americans. The American people feel betrayed and many are went protesting day after day, night after night. Many Americans have lost their sons and daughters or have laid their kids for the sake of their motherland.
Abdul Rauf, another imam at another Kabul mosque, where new posters saying "Down with Israel and its supporters" are taped to the gate, says "The Koran says there is only one God, for all people, and that it is forbidden to kill innocents. Bottom-line, few people, innocent or soldiers are dying because of sickening politics around the world. According to a leading news agency the Taliban claims its forces killed 5,220 foreign troops, downed 31 aircraft, destroyed 2,818 NATO and Afghan vehicles and killed 7,552 Afghan soldiers and police. More than 2000 people died during the 9/11 attack, uncountable people died in Iraq war and are still dying, plenty died due to small and big bomb blast and riots in various countries, 200 died in 26/11 Mumbai attack, plenty died in Pakistan due to suicide bombing and War on Terror, uncountable are dying in Gaza Strip etc. For the number of casualties in Iraq war, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casualties_of_the_Iraq_War and one will be shocked to how many people died in this war which began during March, 2003. I am not even bringing the issues of Cold War, World War I & II and rest of the fighting between Afghanistan and Russia. It's the point I want to tell is only citizens at the war zone are living a life in hell!
