How many people in our country think about their mental health ? Why they are depressed ? What is it that is causing the tension and the anxiety ? Too much of focus is stressed on the physical health , but the truth is many actually fall sick because of their mental problems.
Now their is this acute desease in our country - it is that this Mental Illness or Mental Problem is taken equal to one being MAD or literally = PAGOL / PAGAL
You ask someone to take a counselling .. most of them would answer .. what the hell . do u think im mad or sumthin .. i don need some stupid psychoo freaks ideas to solve my problems.. etc etc ..
So what is this Mental Health ? Accordin to the free encyclopedia on the net ,
"Mental health is a term used to describe either a level of cognitive or emotional well-being or an absence of a mental disorder."

According to the World Health Organization it is ,
The World Health Organization (WHO) states that there is no one "official" definition of mental health. Cultural differences, subjective assessments, and competing professional theories all affect how "mental health" is defined.
In terms of psychology , it is a mind at peace. A mind in peace with its emotional , cognitive , and other aspects of our daily lives.

This mental peace comes from all these above aspects and through excersising them. Anxiety on trivial matters make up this excersice a burden-full one. May that anxiety be with work - studies - spouse - at times no spouse ! - health - family - friends - friends friend - money - death - life - food - figure - success - and what not.
To lead a healthy mental life , people have to develop certain habits and habituations. That ill be telling u later.. U telme What do u do to keep ur mind at PEACE ?
